Founded in 1986 in Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province -- the industrial heartland of China -- Jingteglass (Xuzhou Jingte Glass Co., Ltd.) began as a focused atelier dedicated to crafting exceptional glass perfume bottles. Cullet Recycling Program
Glass waste (cullet) from our production lines is 100% recycled back into the furnace batch, reducing raw material consumption and energy use. Every tonne of cullet recycled saves approximately 1.2 tonnes of raw materials and reduces furnace energy by up to 3%.
Energy-Efficient Furnaces
Our latest furnace upgrades incorporate advanced heat recovery systems and optimized combustion technology, reducing natural gas consumption per unit produced by 18% compared to our previous generation equipment. Ongoing investment in energy efficiency is a core operational priority.
Refillable Bottle Design
We design and manufacture refillable perfume bottle systems that allow end consumers to reuse their luxury bottle indefinitely. This dramatically extends product lifecycle and reduces packaging waste -- a growing requirement from luxury fragrance brands targeting eco-conscious consumers.
Low-VOC Surface Treatments
Our spray coating lines use low-VOC (volatile organic compound) formulations and closed-loop solvent recovery systems. Air treatment units on all coating lines ensure emissions remain well below regulatory thresholds -- protecting both the environment and our workers.
Responsible Export Packaging
Our export cartons use FSC-certified corrugated board wherever possible. Foam inserts are optimized to use minimum material while maximizing protection. We actively work with clients to right-size packaging and eliminate unnecessary layers -- reducing both cost and waste.
Lead-Free & REACH Compliant
