Q Are the samples really free?
Yes. Free samples are available for selected in-stock bottle models. Shipping cost is usually paid by the customer or can be discussed with our sales team.
Q How long does it take to receive samples?
In-stock samples are usually prepared within 3-5 business days. Custom decoration samples or new mold samples depend on artwork, mold requirements, and production schedule.
Q Can I request samples with my logo?
Yes. Logo decoration such as screen printing, hot stamping, laser engraving, or color spraying can be arranged based on your artwork and sample requirements.
Q What is the MOQ after sample approval?
For in-stock bottles, MOQ can start from 200 pcs. For customized in-stock bottles with decoration, MOQ is usually 1,000-3,000 pcs. For new custom mold projects, MOQ is usually 10,000-30,000 pcs depending on bottle shape and production requirements.
Q Do you support fully custom bottle shapes?
Yes. We support custom bottle development, including drawing review, 3D modeling, mold development, sample review, and mass production.
Q What quality documents can you provide?
We can provide product specifications, packing details, inspection photos or videos, and available order documents when applicable. Third-party testing can be arranged upon request based on product application and destination market.
