What is the minimum order quantity for sea freight?
There is no strict minimum for LCL (Less-than-Container Load) sea freight -- even orders of 500-1,000 pieces can be shipped via LCL consolidation. For FCL (Full Container Load), a 20GP container typically holds 30,000-80,000 bottles depending on size. We recommend FCL for orders above 20,000 pieces for cost efficiency.
How do you handle breakage claims during transit?
We provide a pre-shipment photo report documenting the condition of all goods before loading. If breakage occurs during transit, we work with you and the freight forwarder to file a cargo insurance claim. We also offer complimentary replacement of up to 0.5% breakage on all orders as part of our quality guarantee.
Can you ship samples before mass production?
Yes. We ship samples via DHL, FedEx, or UPS Express on a daily basis. Standard sample shipments (1-10 pcs) typically arrive within 3-7 business days worldwide. Sample shipping costs are charged at cost and are usually refunded against your first bulk order.
What documents do you provide for customs clearance?
We provide: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (or Air Waybill), Certificate of Origin (Form E for ASEAN, EUR.1 for EU where applicable), MSDS for glass materials, and HS Code classification. Additional documents such as phytosanitary certificates or fumigation certificates can be arranged upon request.
Do you offer warehousing for long-term stock management?
Yes. We offer bonded warehousing at our Xuzhou facility for clients who prefer to produce in bulk and ship in batches. Monthly storage fees apply after the first 30 days. This is ideal for brands that want to lock in pricing and raw material costs but ship quarterly or as needed.
