Quality Management

Every glass bottle that leaves our facility is a testament to rigorous process control, advanced testing, and an uncompromising dedication to excellence.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

Precision at Every Stage of Production

At Jingteglass, quality is not an afterthought -- it is the foundation of everything we do. From raw material selection to final shipment, our quality management system integrates inspection checkpoints at every critical stage of the manufacturing process.

We use only high-white and crystal-white glass materials, selected for their superior clarity, chemical stability, and safety compliance. Our automated production lines are calibrated to sub-millimeter tolerances, ensuring dimensional consistency across every batch.

STEP BY STEP

Quality Control Process

Our 6-stage quality control framework ensures every bottle meets the highest luxury packaging standards before reaching your brand.

01

Raw Material Inspection

Every batch of high-white and crystal-white glass cullet is tested for chemical composition, clarity index, and impurity levels before entering production. Non-conforming materials are rejected immediately.

02

Mold Precision Verification

CNC-machined molds are verified with coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to ensure dimensional accuracy within ±0.1mm. Mold surfaces are polished to mirror finish for crystal-clear bottle walls.

03

In-Process Production Control

Automated sensors monitor glass temperature, blow pressure, and forming speed in real time. Inline cameras detect surface defects, bubbles, and wall thickness inconsistencies during production.

04

Surface Finishing QC

After coating, printing, electroplating, or frosting, each bottle undergoes adhesion testing, color consistency checks, and UV resistance verification to ensure surface treatments meet luxury brand standards.

05

Functional & Safety Testing

Every bottle is leak-tested under pressure, and random samples undergo drop impact, thermal shock, and chemical resistance tests. Spray pump fitment and cap torque are verified for functional integrity.

06

Pre-Shipment Final Inspection

A full AQL 2.5 sampling inspection is conducted before packing. Packaging integrity is verified to ensure safe export transit. Full inspection reports are provided to clients upon request.

WHAT WE INSPECT

Comprehensive Quality Standards

Our quality specifications are developed in collaboration with global luxury brand partners and updated to reflect the latest industry benchmarks. Every parameter is documented and traceable.

Glass clarity: No visible bubbles, seeds, or stones exceeding 0.3mm diameter.

Surface finish: No scratches, mold lines, or cold marks visible under standard inspection lighting.

Color uniformity: ΔE < 1.5 for colored coatings, verified by spectrophotometer.

Logo/print registration: Silk-screen and hot-stamp alignment within ±0.5mm tolerance.

Height tolerance: ±0.5mm from approved sample specification.

Outer diameter: ±0.3mm for standard bottles; ±0.2mm for precision pump-fit necks.

Wall thickness: Minimum 2.5mm for standard perfume bottles; measured by ultrasonic gauge.

Weight: ±3% of specified bottle weight per production batch.

Leak test: 100% pressure leak detection at 0.3 bar for 10 seconds.

Cap torque: Opening/closing torque verified within brand-specified range.

Spray pump output: Dosage per stroke verified within ±5% of specification.

Thermal shock: 3 cycles between 0°C and 70°C without cracking or seal failure.

Adhesion: Cross-cut tape test (ISO 2409) -- no peeling for coatings and prints.

Abrasion resistance: 200 rub cycles with no visible wear on electroplated surfaces.

Chemical resistance: No color change after 24h exposure to ethanol (70%) for painted surfaces.

UV stability: No fading after 48h UV exposure test for outdoor-rated finishes.

AQL STANDARD

AQL 2.5 Sampling Protocol

All outgoing shipments are inspected using ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 AQL 2.5 sampling methodology. Critical defects (leaks, cracks) have zero tolerance. Major defects (dimensional non-conformance) follow AQL 1.0. Minor defects (cosmetic) follow AQL 2.5. Full inspection reports are available upon client request.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Quality Management FAQ

Jingteglass holds ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification. Our glass materials are third-party tested by SGS and comply with EU REACH, RoHS, and FDA food-contact safety standards. We also provide CE declarations for EU market exports. All certification documents are available to clients upon request.

We use calibrated spectrophotometers to measure color values (L*a*b*) for every coating batch. Color formulas are stored in our system and referenced for each reorder. Our target is ΔE < 1.5 between batches, with ΔE < 1.0 achievable for critical brand colors. Approved color samples are retained as physical references throughout the production relationship.

Yes. We support third-party pre-shipment inspections by agencies such as SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, or client-appointed inspectors. We can also provide our own internal AQL inspection reports, including dimensional measurements, visual defect tallies, and functional test results. These are standard for orders above 10,000 units.

If defects exceeding the agreed AQL level are found after delivery, we conduct a root cause analysis and offer one of the following resolutions: replacement production at no charge, credit for the defective quantity, or a partial refund -- depending on the defect nature and client preference. We retain production samples from every batch for 12 months to facilitate claims investigation.

Yes. Our high-white and crystal-white glass is chemically inert and non-reactive with alcohol-based perfumes and water-based cosmetic formulas. The glass composition meets FDA 21 CFR and EU Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 for food and cosmetic contact materials. SGS chemical migration test reports are available for clients requiring regulatory documentation.
