Custom mould fabrication typically takes 25-35 days from approved drawings. Physical samples are produced within 15-20 days of mould completion. Mass production lead time depends on order volume but generally ranges from 30-45 days after sample approval. Stock items can be dispatched with samples within 3-5 business days.
We offer over 10 in-house surface finishing processes: colour spray coating, silk screen printing, decal printing, gold and silver hot stamping, electroplating, chemical frosting, mechanical sandblasting, laser engraving, flocking, and pearl finishing.
