Recycled Cullet Raw Material
We prioritize post-consumer recycled glass (cullet) as a primary raw material input, significantly reducing the need for virgin quartz sand mining and lowering the energy required for glass melting by up to 30%.
Kiln Energy Optimization & Heat Recovery
Our furnaces are equipped with advanced regenerative burner systems and waste heat recovery units, capturing exhaust thermal energy and redirecting it to pre-heat raw materials -- cutting overall energy consumption by up to 60%.
Wastewater Closed-Loop Treatment
Production wastewater from surface treatment processes (coating, frosting, electroplating) is collected, filtered, and recycled within a closed-loop system. Zero untreated discharge is released into the environment.
Exhaust Gas Filtration & Emission Control
All production exhaust -- including fumes from coating lines and kiln combustion -- passes through multi-stage filtration systems including activated carbon absorption and electrostatic precipitation before release.

Energy-Efficient Facility Infrastructure
LED lighting throughout the factory, variable-frequency drive (VFD) motors on major equipment, and smart energy monitoring systems reduce facility-level electricity consumption and support our carbon reduction roadmap.
