For fully custom mold orders, MOQ is generally 3,000-5,000 pieces per design. We offer flexible arrangements for new brand launches -- please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
How long does custom mold making and production take?
Custom mold development typically takes 25-35 days from design confirmation to first sample. After sample approval, mass production lead time is 30-45 days depending on order volume and surface decoration requirements. Stock bottle orders with decoration can be completed in 15-25 days.
What surface decoration options are available for glass bottles?
We offer over 10 surface decoration techniques including: color spray painting, frosting and sandblasting, silk screen printing, decal printing, gold and silver hot stamping, UV electroplating, laser engraving, pearl finish, flocking, and custom metal label application. Multiple techniques can be combined on a single bottle.
Do you provide OEM and ODM services for private label brands?
Yes. We provide full OEM services (manufacturing to your existing design specifications) and ODM services (co-developing new product designs with our R&D team). All projects are covered by NDA agreements. We support complete brand customization including logo engraving, custom caps, and branded packaging.
