We exclusively specialise in high-white glass and crystal-white glass. These premium materials offer exceptional optical clarity, brilliant light refraction, and a superior tactile quality that meets the standards of luxury perfume, cosmetic, and home fragrance brands. Both materials are heavy-metal-free, food-safe, and compliant with international safety standards.
Custom mould fabrication typically takes 25-35 days from approved drawings. Physical samples are produced within 15-20 days of mould completion. Mass production lead time depends on order volume but generally ranges from 30-45 days after sample approval. Stock items can be dispatched with samples within 3-5 business days.
We offer over 10 in-house surface finishing processes: colour spray coating, silk screen printing, decal printing, gold and silver hot stamping, electroplating, chemical frosting, mechanical sandblasting, laser engraving, flocking, and pearl finishing. Custom metal labels and brand logos can also be applied. Multiple techniques can be combined on a single bottle for complex luxury effects.
Yes. We supply complete, ready-to-fill packaging sets including the glass bottle body plus matching closures (metal caps, plastic caps, acrylic caps, wooden caps) and sprayer/atomiser assemblies. This eliminates the need for clients to source components from multiple suppliers and ensures perfect fit and aesthetic consistency across all packaging elements.
